Part 5: Foods That Healed My Womb + The Birth of Gemsland Herbal Wellness

when I began my healing journey, I discovered something profound — food can either feed disease or fight it. The more I listened to my body, the more I realized that the womb doesn’t just need medicine — it needs nourishment. So I turned my kitchen into my pharmacy. Every herb, every seed, every fruit became a prayer, a ritual, a step towards healing. Here are some of the foods that saved my womb — and they can help yours too: πŸ₯¬ Bitter greens — to cleanse the blood and balance estrogen. 🌰 Flaxseed and sesame seed — powerful hormone balancers. πŸ‹ Lemon and turmeric — daily detox and anti-inflammatory duo. πŸ“ Berries — to fight free radicals and repair uterine cells. 🍠 Sweet potatoes — to support progesterone and strengthen the endometrium. 🌿 Moringa, soursop leaf, and neem — my everyday trio for detox and womb health. πŸ₯₯ Coconut water and dates — for gentle nourishment and energy. Through food, herbs, and prayer, I saw what eight hospitals couldn’t show me — the body can rebuild itself if you give it what it truly needs. And that’s how Gemsland Herbal Wellness was born. πŸ’Ž A womb-led, faith-inspired herbal brand for women who want to heal naturally and reclaim their feminine power. Every blend I offer comes from my own journey — crafted with herbs that saved my womb and food that restored my balance. ✨ The same way I healed, you can too. Natural. Holistic. Prayer-backed. 🌿 Launching Soon: Gemsland Herbal Wellness — Herbs, Seeds & Teas for Womb Health. Stay tuned for the first product reveal — the Womb Rebirth Detox Blend. πŸ’« Save this post for when you’re ready to start your healing journey. 🌿 How I Became a Herbalist – Part 2

After my healing journey — from extremely heavy bleeding, clots, and unbearable pain to normal flow and no pain at all — I began to ask myself:

“If herbs, seeds, diet, and prayer could heal me… how many other women are suffering in silence right now?”

I didn’t plan to become a herbalist. I only wanted to be well again — to feel whole, balanced, and free from pain.

But God had a bigger plan.

When every hospital said,

“Remove your womb.”

When doctors recommended Zoladex (with side effects like reduced bone density and arthritis).

When others suggested myomectomy, but warned that fibroids might grow back…

I turned to what was within reach — our African herbs, seeds, roots, and foods.

I studied. I experimented. I listened to my body and to divine guidance.

I blended prayers with plants — and found a harmony that modern medicine had overlooked.

Soon, women began reaching out to me:

“How did you heal?”

“What herbs did you use?”

“Can you help me too?”

That’s when I realized — my healing was never just for me.

It was a calling. 🌸

I became a herbalist by grace, not by title — guided by the belief that nature, when used with wisdom and prayer, can restore what pain and diagnosis tried to take away.

Now I teach and share what worked for me —

not as a replacement for medical advice,

but as a reminder that our roots hold power.

Healing isn’t only found in hospitals — sometimes, it’s found in a leaf, a seed, a prayer, and faith.

✨ Follow my journey as I continue to share the herbs, recipes, and spiritual insights that helped me reclaim my womb and my wellness — naturally.

How I Escaped a Hysterectomy Naturally (Part 1)

πŸ’” I was told by eight different hospitals that the only way to stop my bleeding and pain was to remove my womb.

But today, I bleed normally, have no pain, and my womb is still intact — all through herbs, seeds, diet, and prayers.

Here’s my story πŸ‘‡πŸ½

🌸

For years, I lived through extremely heavy, painful menstrual bleeding — with large clots that left me weak, tired, anaemic, and fearful each month.

I visited at least eight hospitals, and every doctor seemed to say the same thing:

“You’ll need to remove your womb.”

“Since you’re done having children, a hysterectomy is the best solution.”

“We’ll take everything out to save you from future cancer risks.”

“We can try Minaret or Zoladex, but it’s only a temporary solution.”

One doctor said I could be placed on Zoladex, but warned that the side effects include reduced bone density and arthritis.

Another mentioned myomectomy, the surgical removal of fibroids — yet added, “it might grow back.”

I left each hospital more confused and disheartened.

Deep down, I kept asking myself:

“Why remove something God gave me if there’s another way?”

So I turned inward.

I began to learn about natural healing, herbs, seeds, detoxing, and dietary changes — and above all, I leaned on prayer.

🌿 I cleansed.

🌿 I nourished my body.

🌿 I listened to what my womb was trying to tell me.

🌿 I prayed — and believed healing was possible.

And then, the miracle unfolded.

The pain stopped, the bleeding normalized, and the clots disappeared.

No surgery. No removal. No fear.

Just nature, consistency, and faith.

I once thought that women abroad had better treatment options than we do in Nigeria, so I joined many Facebook groups on adenomyosis and fibroids — but now, I know we are richly blessed.

We just need to look inwards — to our herbs, our natural foods, and our connection to God.

✨ Follow my journey as I share what worked for me — the herbs, seeds, meals, detox routines, and spiritual practices that helped me heal naturally from fibroids, adenomyosis, and perimenopause.

πŸ’š Save this post for encouragement.

🌿 Healing is possible — sometimes you just need faith, herbs, and the courage to believe again.

🌸 Watch out for Part 2.

Menopause is a Nightmare. Be warned Wake up

I wish someone had warned me. I wish someone sat me down and whispered the truth. Not just about hot flashes and mood swings—but about the soul-deep exhaustion, the silent tears, the memory lapses, the weight gain that doesn’t listen to diets, the sleepless nights, and the fear that you’re losing yourself. Menopause isn't just a hormonal shift. It’s a total life shift. A spiritual, emotional, and physical reawakening that most women walk into blindly. I walked in blind too. But I’m no longer asleep. And neither should you be. Start paying attention to your body. Listen to the subtle signs—dry skin, heavy periods, anxiety, aches that weren’t there before. Start preparing your temple with healing herbs, warm nourishing meals, spiritual rest, and a strong circle of women who understand. This is not a curse—but if ignored, it can feel like one. Menopause is a portal. Walk through it awake. Be warned. Wake up. You were never meant to suffer in silence.

Revitalize Your Feet

Revitalize Your Feet: A DIY Foot Soak with Epsom Salt, Rosemary, and Thyme

After a long day of standing or walking, nothing feels quite as refreshing as a soothing foot soak. It's the perfect way to relax, rejuvenate, and give your feet some much-needed care. Today, I want to share with you a simple yet effective DIY foot soak using natural ingredients that will leave your feet feeling refreshed and nourished.

Ingredients:

  • Epsom Salt: Known for its therapeutic properties, Epsom salt helps relieve stress and muscle tension, making it ideal for a relaxing soak.
  • Rosemary Leaves: This aromatic herb has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, making it a great choice for soothing tired feet and promoting circulation.
  • Thyme Leaves: Thyme is another herb that offers soothing benefits, including reducing inflammation and improving skin health.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Soak: Fill a basin with warm water, enough to fully submerge your feet.
  2. Add Epsom Salt: Pour about 1/2 cup of Epsom salt into the warm water and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add Fresh Herbs: Drop in a handful of fresh rosemary and thyme leaves. The natural oils will infuse the water, creating a calming, herbal aroma.
  4. Soak Your Feet: Immerse your feet in the soak and relax for about 15 minutes. Let the herbs work their magic and allow your muscles to relax.

Why This Foot Soak Works:

  • Epsom Salt is rich in magnesium, which helps reduce swelling and alleviate foot pain. It also helps soften the skin, making it easier to exfoliate afterward.
  • Rosemary improves blood circulation, reducing any foot aches and pains. Its pleasant scent also promotes mental clarity and relaxation.
  • Thyme is perfect for soothing irritated or inflamed skin, and its antiseptic properties help cleanse your feet, leaving them fresh and rejuvenated.

Aftercare:

Once you've soaked for 15 minutes, gently pat your feet dry with a towel. For an added treat, give yourself a foot massage using a moisturizing lotion or oil. This will help lock in moisture and provide extra relaxation.

Final Thoughts:

Taking time to care for your feet is not only good for your physical health but also for your mental well-being. This simple foot soak with Epsom salt, rosemary, and thyme offers a natural and effective way to unwind after a long day. Treat your feet to this rejuvenating soak, and you'll feel the stress melt away with every step.

Try this foot soak today and let me know how it works for you! Your feet deserve some love.

A Soft Return to the Womb

The womb is not just a place of physical creation.

It is the seat of intuition, memory, and emotional storage.

When our wombs are neglected, our voices dim, our energy weakens, and our intuition quiets.

with herbs, prayer, stillness, and remembrance—

something ancient within us begins to stir.

Let it be a sacred offering, not just a routine.

With each sip, each breath, each whispered du’a, you are remembering who you truly are.

Soft. Sacred. Whole.

Meet the Soul Behind the Stillness Body:

I’m a seeker, a spiritual woman, and a healer of my own body.

After facing health challenges like fibroids, hormonal imbalance, and emotional exhaustion, I turned to the healing Allah placed in the Earth: herbs, du’as, moon cycles, and sacred energy hygiene.

I’m not a scholar or guru—just a woman who listens deeply to her body and whispers prayers into her tea. My journey is rooted in Islam, but I honor ancient feminine traditions, symbols, and intuitive healing in a respectful, mindful way.

This blog is where I pour the overflow—

Reflections, remedies, rituals (not magic), and writings for the sensitive soul.

If you feel everything, love deeply, cry easily, and long for more meaning…

Welcome home.

Sacred Stillness is for you.

Being Soft in a Hard World: Reflections of a Sensitive Soul"

 Post 3: Sacred Symbols

The moon appears 27 times in the Qur’an. That’s no accident. Its phases reflect your inner rhythm, your need to pause and rise. Your softness is divine, not weakness.

As a Pisces woman, I feel everything deeply. In a world that applauds hustle and hardness, I often wondered if my softness was a flaw. Now I see it as sacred. This post is for you if you’ve ever been told you’re “too much” or “too sensitive.” Your softness is your superpower. Let’s reclaim that.
